At the center of implementing the USAID Controlling HIV Epidemic for Key and Underserved Populations II (USAID CHEKUP II) Activity are staff, who spend countless hours ensuring that key and underserved populations access inclusive health services.
Every day, the members of staff leave their families behind just to ensure that the last person who needs health services is served, in a nondiscriminatory fashion.
In recognition of its members of staff’s commitment to excellence, the USAID CHEKUP II Activity has awarded its staff and facilities, demonstrating its commitment to excellence in service provision.
“I am humbled and extremely delighted for this award, which I dedicate to my team,” said Bright (from the Finance and Administration Unit), who scooped the “Most Innovative Staff” award at the Activity’s main office, in Lusaka.
The awards were part of this year’s International Labour Day commemoration.
